Villa Viva la Vida is located near the Corinth Canal, which separates the Peloponnese peninsula and Attika, 800 m from the sea lake (where storms are rarely and the depth is good for swimming with the kids). Villa is connected directly with Athens airport via convenient motorway, allowing in 1 hour (90 km) to get to the place.
The house is in walking distance from the beach and in a 10-15 minute drive you may find many romantic bays. Nearby there is a shop and a tavern. 12 km away from our facility Loutraki Spa resort is located.
Modern spa of mineral and thermal waters with a range of services and recreational swimming pools with mineral water such as Vichy. Those who wish to visit Spa, we recommend to book a car. Modern villa has three separate entrances, which makes it comfortable, without disturbing each other, to live intergenerational large families or a group of 10 people.
The house is surrounded by a fence and lush cozy garden with fruit trees - figs, oranges, apricots, medlar, and the owners allow guests to rest here with their pets. The building has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 5 terraces - in the shade and sun, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large TV, 2 lounges (extra bed for children up to 3 years old is OK, but extra beds for adults are not available).
