Villa Blue Bay is situated just 150m from the heart of the traditional village of Koutouloufari in an outstanding location, which combines marvelous sea & mountain views. An elegantly decorated 210 sq.m. structure, standing in a total area of 3000 sq.m, offering guests high standards of comfort and relaxation. The Villa is located just 27km away from Heraklion and only 1km away from the center of Hersonissos town.

The Villa consists of two floors: On the ground floor our guests will find an airy open plan living room connected to the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, leading onto a spacious balcony with a panoramic sea view of Hersonissos bay. The ground floor includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC as well. The upper floor is surrounded by a big balcony has 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom. A maximum of 10 people can be accommodated. Baby cots and baby chairs are available on request.

The villa has a spacious car park for up to 10 vehicles. Little pets are welcomed in the villa upon request (by arrangement).
