Private resort of two luxurious two-storey villas with all modern amenities, located in the popular resort of Dassia. Each villa is independent and has its own pool, garden and private parking.

The villas are just 100m from the beautiful beach of Dassia, very close to the town center where there are numerous tavernas, restaurants, bars and local shops.

Villa 1 is a Luxurious Ground Floor Villa, with 4 bedrooms (3 main large bedrooms + 1 smaller bedroom) and 3 bathrooms. In one bedroom there is an en suite bathroom (that has also hydromassage column) whereas there are also 2 more bathrooms for the rest of the bedrooms (not en suite). In the villa there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large living room, a gym corridor (with treadmill, cross trainer, exercise bike, table soccer and others), a sauna-spa-hydromassage room and inside one of the bedrooms there is a luxurious massage chair that does full body massage like a professional! We also provide a TV-Videogame station for the entertainment of both kids and adults with over 1000 video games. Outside, there is a lovely looking garden, with olive trees, barbeque, large 51 sq.m. pool with inside jacuzzi, also exterior jacuzzi, and lastly exterior ping-pong. The villa can accommodate with ease 8 pax (plus around 2-3 more with extra beds and sofa beds if need be). The villa, although is Ground floor, (the upper floors are not included), is completely separate and private, and its premises (garden and parking area and pool area) are for the sole use of the clients. Due to the fact that is Ground Floor villa, the villa is very friendly for people with special needs. We offer a portable ramp that is usable everywhere to help people with special needs/elderly people in a wheelchair.

There is a private pool (around 60sq. m) that has also inside next to it a small children’s pool where children can play safely. Furthermore, next to the pool there is a kiosk with an external jacuzzi, and a fully equipped BBQ place along with dinner table.


Villa 2 consists of 3 floors. The ground floor has two spacious bedrooms with double beds, a large living room with 40 inch TV and with a small but fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. Also, in the ground floor there is a big gym-room with trench, bike, cross-trainer, rowing machine, ping-pong table and mini-soccer table, along with a training bench and dumbbells. We also provide a TV-Videogame station in one of the rooms for the entertainment of both kids and adults with over 1000 games. Lastly, in the ground floor there is a sauna and hydromassage room. On the middle floor there are two bedrooms with double beds that can be also be split as two single beds on each room, one large bathroom with internal hydromassage and one wc shower room, a very large living room with 55 inch TV, luxury massage-chair that does full body massage like a professional, office and a large fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities. The upper floor has a suite bedroom with its own bathroom and a great sea and garden view. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have LCD Smart TVs with Netflix and Youtube installed. Outside, there is 60sq.m. pool, childrens pool, external jacuzzi and BBQ place. There is a road that leads from the villa to the beach in less than a minute. The villa is friendly for people with special needs. We offer a portable ramp for that.
