The house has 4 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 7 guests and three bathrooms, two of them with a shower and one with a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with German equipment, there is a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machines (capsules are extra). Among the amenities: Air conditioners "Daikin", WI-FI (unlimited), satellite TV, washing machine, steam iron "Singer". There is also a place for a mini office, equipped with a desk and an armchair.

Outside the villa there is a large green and beautifully landscaped garden. In the courtyard there is a large dining table, Grill "Weber", a sports simulator, a hammock, children's swings, tarzanka, 2 bicycles. There is a parking place for the car, and in 250 m there is a common (but always free) swimming pool.

For the youngest guests, the villa has a playpen, high chairs, a children's bicycle, a children's typewriter, and many toys.
