Agios Gordios is a relatively small resort with a long sandy beach, and is a real find. There is plenty to do with an assortment of Tavernas and Restaurants scattered along the narrow high street, and along the beach. In the evening the sunsets of Agios Gordios, being on the west coast are spectacular. There are several good tavernas in Agios Gordios. You will find them along the beach front as well as in the town of Agios Gordios itself. Sinarades is an ancient Greek village that has been forgotten by tourism. It clings to the mountainside, with an almost Alpine appearance. Pelekas can be found on the West coast of Corfu - just opposite Corfu (Kerkyra) town. Pelekas is a large village situated on the top of a hill. The beach is below the village - about a 10 min walk or a short car journe.
