The house has security system and security door, satellite T.V., full air-conditioning, free internet, barbeque place, a small swimming pool and generally furnished and decorated by owners for personal use and to make your stay comfortable. The house has a panoramic view to the mountain and the sea. It has two shaded parking spaces and it is available from 1/5-31/10/15.

It is one and half hour away from the Thessaloniki airport (SKG) and really close to some of the most beautiful and clean beaches of the country! Within a bay on 30 acres is a unique complex of 33 houses extending from the slopes of the mountain to the seashore. Approaches to the complex through a lovely 5.5 kms route, surrounded by nature and by the sea, of which 2 Kms are on GRAVEL road. The complex, that includes a basketball and tennis courts, is only 15km away from the picturesque and bustling N. MARMARA with the port, good taverns, super markets, 11km away from the cosmic 5* hotel PORTO CARRAS, with the marina for sailboats, beach bars and the international golf course. On the other direction in 12km away is TORONI with the historical findings and the beautiful beaches and after 4km from there you reach the graphic PORTO KOUFOS, a small natural harbor, with traditional fish taverns.
