Security deposit

A monetary deposit of 500,00 Euros for Villas in Vourvourou and 2.000 Euros for Diaporos Villas is due at arrival and payable either by credit card authorisation or credit card guarantee or in cash.

The deposit is for guarantee in case of damages during the stay. The representative may refuse access to the Villa if the deposit is not paid. If the deposit is paid in cash, the refund will be made upon departure. If the deposit is made by credit card, the refund will be returned within 48 hours of the Checkout date.

The security deposit can be partially or fully applied to compensate: 1- damage to the Villa or furnishings, 2- dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning, 3- any other cost incurred due to Guest’s stay. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform immediately.
