Villa Anna – a cozy Townhouse 80 sq.m.with three floors. The friendly owners have created all conditions for comfortable stay. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, automatic drinking water. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, satellite TV, high-speed Internet. The villa is located in an area with green lawn and palm trees. The veranda is with outdoor furniture, garden umbrella, fans provide additional coolness, a large table and comfortable sofas with comfortable cushions, which makes it a favorite place for guests. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with large double beds. Each bedroom has a TV, a second has bathroom. The second floor is the living room with kitchen and large fridge. There is a bathroom also. On the third floor there is another room with a double bed. The windows in all the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. There is a household room for washing and ironing of personal belongings provided by an exhaust fan. On the side of the building there is an outside shower and a portable stove for cooking over charcoal products for meat or fish in the fresh air. There are also sun loungers and beach chairs, which can be conveniently, placed anywhere, not only on the lawn, but also on the sea front. The distance to the sea is no more than 100 meters of clean, well-groomed track with Laid-pink stone. The area is closed gate with a combination lock, there is also a parking space. Cleaning and linen change once a week. Distance from the nearest tavern is 50 meters and from the nearest Minimarket is 100m.
