We welcome you to our beautiful private 220 m2 Villa Elina, located in Agia Kyriaki, Sithonia. With plenty of space to accommodate you and your friends Villa Elina, offers a number of luxurious amenities. Located in the foothills of a mountain and less than 200m from the private beach, the area provides a refreshing quality of air that will make you relax and refill your batteries like nowhere else. Our little hidden paradise has a supermarket and a tavern within walking range and you can get to the beach without having to cross a road so yοu can forget about driving.

During the day, if you are not at the beach, you can enjoy a feast using our Barbeque area or just relax under the Air condition and enjoy all the perks you had at home. (Free Wifi – Smart TV – Satellite TV).
But during the night, Villa Elina comes with a private garden with an exterior Jacuzzi for you to relax in under the beautiful night sky full of stars.
The ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room among with a dining area and two outdoor beautifully designed verandas for every hour of the day.

1st floor: There are 4 bedrooms, with a double bed each, two sea view balconies, and two bathrooms. It can be equally divided and it has the privilege of two different entrances.

Underground floor: It is bright due to a smart design which lets in the access of daylight. There is a professional ventilation system and a dehumidifier. It has two bedrooms with a double bed each, a bathroom, and spa area with hamam, sauna, two showers and a relaxing area.
