Ammouda Villas is a complex of 5 villas with the same infrastructure and amenities. It is located in the Trani Ammouda bay, at Sithonia of Halkidiki. The villas are just a few yards from the sand beach and have an outstanding view of the sea, the port of Ormos Panagias and the Mount Athos Peninsula. On the ground level, there is a living room with a dining table and the fully equipped kitchen. This level also features a WC. On the 1st floor there are the bedrooms and a second bigger bathroom. The master bedroom with the king size bed and the other two bedrooms (2 single beds in each) have a view of the Ammouda bay and the garden. Hosts up to 6 guests. Next to the main entrance of each villa there is a guest room available, a small studio which features its own separate entrance, a double bed and bathroom, and all the amenities (+2 guests).
