Mykonos Villa is an elegant and spacious family villa of nearly 200 sq. m, facing South in a privileged wind-sheltered location between Kalafatis and Kalo Livadi Beach, with breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea. It offers a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10-11 guests.

Although located just 20 minutes by car from Mykonos town, the property is offering serenity and stunning scenery.

The villa’s minimal interior design fulfills guests’ need for relaxation.

The zen ambiance living room, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and the dining area have direct access to the exterior lounge areas.

Villa is surrounded by magical gardens with rich Mediterranean herbs, embracing the true spirit of summer life on a Greek Island. A big private pool accompanied by a shaded dining area with comfortable summer furniture, allows guests to enjoy the Greek sun while pergolas provide refreshing shade.

The villa is divided into three levels

Main Level: Entrance area, living room (TV, pool view, terrace & pool access), dining area, fully equipped open plan kitchen with direct access to outdoor dining area with BBQ

Upper Level: A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with amazing pool & sea view.

Lower Level: There is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms (1 double bedroom and one twin bedded) with a shared bathroom, a WC, and a storage room equipped with laundry as well as a dryer machine.

Guest House: Τhere is an independent guest house, located in a lovely spot in the gardens. Τhe guest house has a queen-size bed that can easily be transformed into a twin-bedded! Τhe guest house has also an en-suite bath, fridge, and Air Condition.

A single staff room with an en-suite bath is also available in the house.
