Complex provides 7 luxury villas with private swimming pools, as well as 10 self-catering apartments and 2 honeymoon suites. Our apartments and suites have access to 2 swimming pools, as well as to a children’s pool. Our villas and apartments are spacious, clean, and stylish and were built and furnished accordingly to our vision of the ideal home, as we want our guests to leave with an unforgettable memory of Lefkas Island.

Villa Amphitrite, the jewel of complex, is surrounded by lush landscaped gardens on several levels. Guests can relax in a quiet and discreet environment, full of luxury and comfort. Villa is built on 3 levels. The interior is elegant with large rooms and bedrooms are fully equipped to meet all the requirements of our guests.

On the ground floor, the villa has a separate fully equipped apartment for four people, including a comfortable dining room, kitchen with all necessary appliances, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, and living room. The living room has two luxury sofas which convert to two comfortable beds to accommodate a further two guests. There are TVs and DVD players both in the living room and bedroom.

Following the first level, the visitors can find an elegantly decorated second bedroom with a sitting room that includes two single beds and a sofa bed to accommodate one more person. There is also a desk, TV, DVD player, and a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, there is a large and luxurious room decorated with modern sofas, a large dining room area, comfortable chairs, tables, and accessories. The complementary lighting, modern paintings, and soft furnishings separate aesthetics and quality.

In the same area, there is a modern toilet, fireplace, TV, DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board, elegant dinnerware, and glasses.

A particular advantage of the villa is the large terrace with dining tables and sofas, with magnificent views of the green hills of Lefkada and the blue waters of the Ionian Sea.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with hardwood floors, decorated with elegant fabrics, furniture, and modern paintings. Two rooms have a double bed and the third room has two single beds, spacious wardrobe, chair, mirror, desk, TV, DVD player and a safe.

One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and the other two share a large bathroom with a tub. Complimentary toiletries and hairdryers are in all bathrooms.

Particular attention has been paid to high-quality linens, towels, pillows, and quilts for a pleasant night’s sleep. All windows and doors have electric security shutters and shading screens. Features include security doors, an alarm, air conditioning, heating, wireless internet access, and parking spaces.

Outside the villa, there is a large swimming pool, tables, comfortable chairs, loungers, and pergolas. Guests can sit and enjoy views of the sea, sunbathe or read. In one of the villa gardens, there is a stone-built bbq perfect for those warm summer nights and meals under the stars.
