The villa may accommodate up to 8 people and it consists of the main house and one independent apartment.
The main house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a single space room that combines a living room, dining room and a kitchen. In front of the living room a veranda extends with a huge private swimming pool which has an immediate view of the beach and the city of Agios Nikolaos. The ground floor also has a full bathroom with a bathtub and one double bedroom with a balcony and a view of the mountain. Going up to the top floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The one bedroom has a semi-double bed and a veranda with a view of the mountain, while the other room has a double bed with a veranda and a view of the swimming pool, the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos. All the bedrooms have television, air-conditioning and wardrobes. The living room with the dining room also have television and air-conditioning and the kitchen is fully equipped. In the storage room there is a washing machine.
The villa has an independent single space studio flat/apartment, which includes a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and living room with a veranda. This flat can hosts up to 3 persons.
In front of the main house extends the swimming pool (with a direct view of the beach of Almyros and the city of Agos Nikolaos) with a shower, outdoor living room and chaise-lounges. The stone path of the villa starts from the swimming pool, and leads to the river and the beach. Around the villa there is a wonderful garden in harmony with the natural environment with beautiful flowers and trees. In addition there is a small outdoor barbeque and two parking spots.

The villa is located in the area of Almyros, a suburb of the city of Agios Nikolaos. The villa is located a short distance from the city center and on the beach of Almyros.
