The villa consists of the lower and upper floors. On the upper floor there is a living room, two dining rooms, a kitchen with a bar counter, a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom and two closets, and a guest WC. The kitchen is fully equipped, with utensils of high quality porcelain, crystal and WMF cutlery. Also there are all kinds of pots and pans, even woks. The house has all the necessary electrical appliances: a toaster, a Nespresso machine, kettles, juicers, a microwave oven, an electric stove, a gas cooker, a refrigerator with a freezer, a small refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board, etc ..
On the ground floor there are four bedrooms - all with king size beds and double wardrobes. One bedroom with own bathroom. There is also an extra bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have a balcony.
On the first floor there is an exit to the pool.
The distance to the nearest village of Sarti is about 1 km. Within a radius of 5 km there are the most beautiful beaches of Chalkidiki, if not even in Greece (Armenistis, Orange, Kavourotripes)
There is free Wi-Fi. In the living room there is a TV and two air conditioners. Any other room has its own air conditioning. Each bedroom has a hairdryer.
The pool has an open dining area, sun loungers, summer furniture, a summer kitchen, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. We provide beach towels, as well as bathrobes, shampoos and shower gels brand Korres.
There are permanent staff. Daily cleaning, towels are changed daily, and bed linen every second day.

Sarti is a large village with 1,157 inhabitants on the edge of the Sithonia peninsula of Halkidiki. It is a municipal district with the same name and with a unique settlement situated. The main occupations of the inhabitants are tourism, as well as agriculture and fisheries. Each year many tourists visit this resort and enjoy the sun and sea. Every year the village celebrates the Virgin Mary, on 15 August (the church of the Assumption) and has fireworks at the beach. The beach was awarded in 2004-2005 from the website "thalassa.gr" as one of the 10 best beaches in Greece. Many tourists prefer the beach Kavourotripes and Orange or Portoka-port. The distance of the settlement from Thessaloniki is around 140 kilometers. It is surrounded by the mountain known as the Dragontelis.
