The Villa is built in two levels with modern design and comfy spaces. At the ground floor of the house there is a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a big office, all in one continuous space. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances and electrical devices, a master bedroom with built-in cabinets and its own bathroom, a laundry room and a small W.C. The ground floor space is surrounded by big windows which offer unlimited view. At the first floor there are two large bedrooms with their own separate bathrooms and built-in cabinets. The balconies which are at the perimeter of the building are very large and offer a unique view all year long. The Villa has a private pool surrounded by lawn, a shaped garden that offers a variety of herbs, flowers and trees and a furnished veranda with comfortable sunbeds and a living room. It also has an exterior dining room, a barbeque and a wood oven to enjoy the unique Cretan flavors while staring at the infinite blue and the picturesque city of Chania.
