This is the largest and most luxurious villa of the three, which has five double bedrooms and can sleep up to ten guests. The villa arrangement is split between the main villa, which has three of the double bedrooms, and a self contained apartment “The Sail Loft”, which is made up of two double bedrooms that branch off a large open plan kitchen/dining area.
The downstairs area of the main villa is open planned, with a spacious dining and lounge area and a large kitchen. Upstairs includes the three bedrooms; the master bedroom over looking the pool and outdoor dining area, as well as the two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The rear of the villa boasts a large pool area, BBQ and outdoor dining facilities that are perfect for al fresco dining. To compliment the pool there is an outdoor shower, toilet and changing room. However, the real beauty of Villa Anna is in the 4,000 square meter surrounding gardens, which have been designed to maintain the privacy that a rural location is able to offer.

The Villas complex is located in West Corfu and is ideally placed in close proximity and easy access to all of the major points of interest on the Island. Practically speaking, the airport is approximately 8.7km (this is less than 25€ in a taxi) and Corfu Town is 9.6km. Looking at a map of Corfu, you will see that it is around 80km long and 25 km wide (at the widest point), or 2km wide at it’s narrowes.
Villas are located centrally (longitudinally). The location means that you are able to visit both the North and South of the island very easily and you will not need to travel more than an hour in either direction to reach each end of the island. It is advised you rent a car for your stay (we can help arrange this so please let us know during your booking), but for those that are not comfortable driving on the other side of the road – or simply don’t want to – there is a regular bus service into town and from there you can pretty much travel to most places on the island.
Aside from being centrally located there are also a number of more local attractions. If we start with the beaches, which are all less than a 10 minute drive, you have; Kontoyalos, Pelekas beach, Ermones and one of the finest beaches, Glyfada beach. For families with younger children the Island’s water park – Aqualand – 3.2km away, the golf course and Gouvia Marina are 6.5km and 7.8km away, respectively. Finally, there is also the village of Pelekas close-by (again 2km but in the other direction) where there is a viewpoint from which you can see one of the best sunsets in Corfu.
This complex is a collection of three private villas which are all closely located but each, individually, very private. Together they cover an area of 7,000 square meters built into the hillside of the village of Karoubatika. They are set back 200m from the road, which leads to the some of the most beautiful beaches on Corfu island, this also means that the are very peaceful with a rural setting. These villas have been lovingly designed with family and entertaining in mind, each property has its own private garden with lots of outdoor terrace space, each villa including it’s own private pool. All three villas are very unique and deserve their own descriptions.
