A private borehole has been constructed and is operating with a water tank of 25,000 liters per day autonomy, where the needs of the complex are more than covered, in addition each unit has an independent tank of 1000 liters. The entire surrounding area is illuminated with lighting bodies scattered on the lawn and trees as well as around the perimeter of the fence inside and outside. The complex is located on a plot of 6600 m2 which is surrounded by a stone fence and there is parking for 10 cars. It has been completely renovated in 2018.
