Complex provides 7 luxury villas with private swimming pools, as well as 10 self-catering apartments and 2 honeymoon suites. Our apartments and suites have access to 2 swimming pools, as well as to a children’s pool. Our villas and apartments are spacious, clean, and stylish and were built and furnished accordingly to our vision of the ideal home, as we want our guests to leave with an unforgettable memory of Lefkas Island.

Villa Aktea combines functionality and comfort with unparalleled natural beauty. In the evening the impressive lighting throughout the complex gives a special charm to the landscape.

Villa Aktea, overlooking the sea and surrounded by dense vegetation is built on three levels and sleeps up to 9 people.

On the ground floor, there is a large area with modern sofas, fireplace, TV, DVD player, wireless internet access, comfortable chairs, a large dining room area, toilet, and fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, modern dinnerware, and glasses. The decor is complemented by beautiful lighting, carefully selected tables, and elegant furnishings.

Continuing on to the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms with wooden floors, and stylish furniture, including a wardrobe, desk, chairs, TV, and DVD player. Each room has its own style, in perfect harmony with the colors of the elegant fabrics.

One bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other two bedrooms are served by a large luxurious bathroom with a tub. Complimentary toiletries and hairdryers are provided.

Finally, in the basement of the villa, there is a large room with wardrobes, two single beds, and one luxury sofa bed for an additional person. Also, there is a table, a desk, chairs, a TV, a DVD player, and a bathroom with a shower. The facility can accommodate comfortably a family.

All windows and doors have electric security shutters and shading screens. Features include security doors, air conditioning, and central heating.

The villa is surrounded by large paved areas and colorful gardens. There are beautiful areas with comfortable chairs, tables, and loungers beneath shady canopies for guests to enjoy moments of relaxation.

Villa Aktea boasts a large pool area where visitors can enjoy swimming and relaxing, sunbathing on comfortable sunbeds, and gazing at the magnificent sea views. There is also a large stone-built barbecue and ample parking space.
