Villa Margarita is a 380 sq. m., three-storey residence, featuring 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 guests in beds and up to 12 if necessary.

The villa is decorated with elegant and luxurious furnishings and it is also designed to take advantage of the natural light, creating a delightful atmosphere in all areas of the house.

Ground Floor

Entering the villa you will find yourselves in a spacious open plan area consisted of the living room and kitchen. The living area offers comfortable sofas, an open fireplace, a 65” satellite HDTV with Netflix, and also opens up to a veranda equipped with an outdoor sitting area, which leads you to the pool and the garden area.

A few steps away a fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler, top quality fixtures and appliances, as well as a tap water filter, provides everything you need for a self catered holiday. Also, a large wooden table for the whole group is available for indoor dining. Finally, a bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom, as well as a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, shower cabin, washing machine and tumble dryer.

❖ First Floor
Reaching to the first floor through the staircase, a second open plan area sitting area awaits you, beautifully decorated and filled with light, thanks to the large windows. Additionally on this level, several entertainment facilities for the whole family / group are available, including an office space with a printer, cinema room with Playstation 4 and 65” HDTV with Netflix, playroom area for young children and a gym featuring an exercise bike, a multifunctional gym machine, mats, abs bench, stepper machine and yoga mat. Furthermore, a family bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks is also available on the first floor.

❖ Second Floor
Following the stairs upwards, you will reach the second floor, where the remaining 4 bedrooms of the Villa are located, all of which offer balcony access. Two of the bedrooms have a king bed and the other one has 2 single beds, which can also be set up as a double one if it is needed. The master bedroom features a queen bed, has a 32" HDTV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. Last but not least, an additional family bathroom with shower cabin also exists on this floor.

❖ Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of relaxation spots and amazing views. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 50 sq. m ecological swimming pool with counter-current swimming system. The pool area is fenced and it can easily be isolated for child safety.
- Fully equipped, charcoal barbecue facilities, wood oven, gas cooker, fridge and a sink.
- Outdoor dining area for the whole group.
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, deck chairs and outdoor sofas) for relaxing in the gardens around the villa.
- Lawn covered garden with playground area for young children
- Outdoor bathroom next to the pool
- Private, underground garage for parking
- The whole outdoor area is fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.
