The villa consists of 3 floors;
On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace on the one side, a big modern kitchen on the other side and a king-sized corner bathroom with a washing machine as well.

By interior steps you get on the first floor where the four bedrooms (1 master double bed and 3x 2 single beds) are located as well as a big WC/bathroom.

On the second floor is the 5th big double bedroom with a private big WC/shower and a small balcony with panorama view to the Village Kokkini, to the Golf area and a little sea view. The entire villa is fully air-conditioned, has complete heating system and in the living room a SAT-TV combo is provided.
The villa offers very large balconies and verandas with enough tables and chairs and in the pool area you can find sun beds and a BBQ. An the side of the house parking spots are also available.
