The villa itself consists of three levels, each with its own unique rooms.

❖ Garden level
The garden level offers two tastefully decorated master bedrooms, each beautifully designed, with selected furniture and its own bathroom. The well-equipped bathrooms offer a stand-alone shower and bathtub equipped with a Jacuzzi as well as a double sink.

Each bedroom overlooks the interior garden, offering peace and quiet.

The third bedroom on this level can be used as a staff room / children's room and is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. All rooms offer air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.

The living room on this level has plush sofas and overlooks the terrace overlooking the interior garden, which is tastefully decorated with fine local plants.

Travelers can enjoy the luxurious spa-hammam and fitness center, and make use of the private laundry area and restroom on this level.

❖ Ground floor
Light enters the living room through the retractable glass doors overlooking the endless blue sea. The living room is decorated with modern lines that offer calm and comfort. Wooden floors and contemporary design elements exude a modern feel.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and functional counters, allowing holidaymakers to prepare unforgettable meals for their guests and serve them around the elegant wooden table, seating up to ten people, always looking out over the Cretan sea. Outdoors, the pool is the perfect place to beat the midday heat. Around the pool you will find the BBQ, sunbeds and an incredible view of the sea. Private steps allow access to the stunning private beach and floating deck, an exciting part of the villa.

❖ First level

On this level one can find two spacious master bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and luxurious bathroom. These beautifully furnished rooms have access to a spacious balcony and allow you to enjoy the panoramic sea view while relaxing on the simple but comfortable outdoor furniture. The marble bathrooms offer a double sink, a separate shower, and a separate bathtub with a Jacuzzi. The bedrooms feature bright and neutral furnishings, which provide holidaymakers with the ideal environment for relaxation.

The facilities are equipped with full air conditioning, smart home system, boiler and Wi-Fi connection. For added convenience, there is an elevator with access to each floor.

The plot, with an area of ​​2,337 sq.m., is full of beautiful olive trees, cypresses, mountain tea, and other Cretan plants.
