Thea Villa by Travel Pro Services – Nea Skioni Halkidiki is a single-storey house of 105 m2 with a private pool of dimensions 10.5*4.4 meters and a depth of 1.50 to 1.80 meters, wireless internet and a terrace with furniture garden. It consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 3 guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room.

There is air conditioning in every room. In the bedroom there is a satellite TV, meeting the needs of even the most demanding guest.

The complex is on four levels designed with stone flower beds, palm trees and small gardens. A private borehole has been constructed and is operating with a water tank of 25,000 liters per day autonomy, where the needs of the complex are more than covered, in addition each unit has an independent tank of 1000 liters. The entire surrounding area is illuminated with lighting bodies scattered on the lawn and trees as well as around the perimeter of the fence inside and outside. The complex is located on a plot of 6600 m2 which is surrounded by a stone fence and there is parking for 10 cars. It has been completely renovated in 2018.
