A newly built villa of 120 sqm with its own swimming pool is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the center of the resort village of Roda with its beautiful tavernas, bars and shops. Villa will be an ideal and economical solution for a large family or a group of friends (6-8 people).
There are 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, TV, hairdryer, dressing room, as well as access to the veranda or balcony. The house has a spacious living room with a high ceiling and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Outside there is a private courtyard with a swimming pool (sun beds and umbrellas are provided), shower, outdoor dining and barbecue.
The villa is also suitable for guests with disabilities.

Villa set in a peaceful, semi-rural location but within easy walking distance of the beach and village centre. Just a short, flat, 5 minute walk brings you to a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is just a little further away with very safe family bathing and a good selection of beach bars and restaurants, many of which offer sunbeds and umbrellas for hire. There are good facilities on offer for children’s enjoyment at two family bars.
Eating in Roda is not a problem, food is offered throughout the day and you will find food to suit all tastes, from traditional Greek cooking to international dishes and snack bars. For those who wish to self-cater there are a number of supermarkets and two bakeries in the village
Night life is reasonably low key with some bars offering live music, although just sitting, enjoying the good food and watching the world go by is a firm favourite with many.
There are ATM machines available in the village but no bank. The nearest bank in is the next village, Acharavi, 3 kms away. There is a 24 hour emergency clinic in the village also a local doctor and pharmacy. Again there are more doctors and pharmacies in Acharavi.
