The maisonette was built in 2014 and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living area. Outside there is an open dining room (under the awning) overlooking the sea, there is a green area for forwarding with children in the open air.

Pefkohori is a distinctive village with white-walled houses among citrus and olive groves, as well as a popular beach resort on the Gulf of Toronei. In the summer season, you can go snorkeling and parasailing here, take a walk along the promenade in the evening, and then dine in one of the gourmet Mediterranean restaurants or a simple tavern. Greek and Serbian music plays in night bars and clubs. There are also many shops in the area that sell handmade goods such as jewelry or lemon liqueur.
