The house is found in the centre of Panormos. In the surrounded area you can found a great variety of supermarket, traditional tavern and shops for tourists. Arxontariki is also built at 62km away from the wonderful archeological site of the Minoan Ancient city of Knossos. It is also very interesting to visit two historical monasteries. The monastery of Arcadi at 24km away from the hostel and the monastery of Preveli at a distance of 35km. The house is located at 60km away from the airport of Heraklion city and at 80km away from the airport of Chania city. Furthermore within 150m away from hostel you can find the starting point of the city buses called “KTEL” and within 90m the starting point of the small train.
