Villa Alexandr is 200m², it has two floors which are connected with an inside staircase. In the house you will find three bedrooms, two of them with king size beds and the other one with two single beds. The master bedroom of the ground floor has a private jacuzzi on the balcony.
Three big bathrooms and a small one, also a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a large living room. Outside the house there is a swimming pool with jacuzzi, outdoor shower, sunbeds, and BBQ space with grill similar to the other villa.
As well as a big garden and lots of space for vehicles. Close to the house there is a smaller house about 50m² with a fully equipped kitchen which is used by the staff (cleaner, cook etc.).
